    Description

    • Develop and lead a high-performing team committed to providing exceptional guest service.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
    • Recruit, coach, and develop team members.
    • Ensure service standards consistently reflect Revel's brand and guest expectations.
    • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, utilizing service recovery techniques to exceed guest expectations.
    • Monitor dining room operations to ensure consistency in food presentation, service execution, and overall guest satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with Culinary leadership to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
    • Partner with Beverage leadership to execute premium wine and spirits programs that enhance the guest experience.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Player Development to support VIP events and special dining experiences.
    • Prepare operational reports and communicate business results to senior leadership.
    • Monitor inventory controls, waste management, and cost containment initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, health department regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and restaurant presentation.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Five years of progressive restaurant management experience, including experience in a fine dining or steakhouse environment.
    • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage programs.
    • High school diploma or equivalent experience (or any other alternative as deemed appropriate).
    • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
    • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
