Requirements:

  • Maryland Grade 1 Stationary Engineer License
  • 15+ years of industrial, commercial, or institutional facilities experience
  • Strong knowledge of boiler operations, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance
  • Ability to lead and mentor engineering staff
