Your tasks will range from setpoint management and recording of gauge readings and system conditions as you perform plant walkthroughs, to performing major and minor equipment repairs.

NVE is hiring a Stationary Engineer to work at a Federal Facility in Laurel, MD. For over 20 years, NVE has partnered with both federal and commercial clients to provide technical and support services. This position pays $43.58 per hour, and includes great benefits such as: A 401(k) Holiday pay Short- and long-term disability Medical Dental Vision PTO Jury Duty AFLAC FSA Work hours will be from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This shift ensures the facility has adequate coverage during the day. Throughout the day, you will conduct tours of critical equipment areas, respond to service calls, and perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Your tasks will range from setpoint management and recording of gauge readings and system conditions as you perform plant walkthroughs, to performing major and minor equipment repairs. You will address plumbing issues, support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and follow all required protocols and standards.
