Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of the station including fuel islands and convenient store
- Maintain customer service package
- Build customer relationships
- Hiring and maintaining a strong 76 team
- Monitor and oversee continuing employee training
- Create weekly team flex schedule by Tuesday for next week
- Weekly ordering and pickup (Costco, Chefs, others)
- Enter and maintain pricing in Back Office for registers
- Work with vendors and maintain relationships
- Maintain fuel islands, buildings and store cleanliness
- Call for repairs as needed
- Work with Assistant Manager and office staff - register reports, daily store updates, employee information, new hires
- Work at minimum two times on the island each week
- Work a weekend shift at least once a month
- Safety Team Member
- Organize a monthly 76 Management meeting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous cashier and gas pumper experience
- Understanding of a Convenient Store supervisory, ordering, maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
- Process paperwork neatly
- Ability to tactfully handle difficult situations
- High School diploma or equivalent
