Janel Group is seeking a Station Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our terminals. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll oversee dispatch, dock operations, drivers, customer service, safety, and performance while serving as the primary leader on-site.

What You'll Do

Lead terminal operations, including dispatch, routing, dock activities, and freight flow
Drive operational excellence by improving efficiency, service levels, and productivity
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and team development
Partner with sales teams to support business growth and expansion opportunities
Build a culture of accountability, reliability, teamwork, and operational success

What We're Looking For

5+ years of transportation, logistics, or terminal operations experience
3+ years of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety requirements
A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to be on the dock and in the operation every day
Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to support a dynamic operation when needed
