Responsibilities>
Preparation of application documents for pressure vessels in accordance with Japanese local regulation.
Design work for static equipment
Preparation of Technical requisition for static equipment
Technical clarification with vendors
Participation in qualification activity of new vendors
Troubleshooting during fabrication and commissioning
Participation in product development activities
Preparation, updating of Standard documents
Sales support, documents preparation for cost estimation for proposal activity.
Managing the engineering documents into the company's system.
Training new staff
Required Qualifications And Competencies
EPC5
ASME BVPC SEC.VIII
Excel

5 years and above in Oil and Gas, chemical industry, or plant EPC company as an engineer.
Knowledge and understanding of Japanese regulation
Technical knowledge and understanding of international code and regulation (especially for ASME BVPC SEC.VIII)
Software: Excel or Spreadsheet
Mechanical engineering graduate
Experience of engineering in cryogenic pressure vessels and heat exchangers as static equipment engineer.
Wide range of basic knowledge and understanding of process, electric, instrument, piping, pressure vessel, etc.
Experience of commissioning and maintenance for static equipment
Experience of quality control and evaluation by vender survey and prequalification
Native: Japanese
Fluent: English (Intermediate)
