    Are you dependable, organized, and someone who enjoys working with people? We’re looking for a Part-Time Processing & Customer Support Specialist who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

    This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, office administration, or other detail-oriented roles. We value transferable skills and the right personality just as much as specific industry experience.

    What You’ll Do
    • Prepare and process outgoing mail, customer statements, and invoices.
    • Review statements against customer lists to ensure accuracy and completion.
    • Operate the postage machine and manage postage funds.
    • Scan, file, and maintain invoices and documents.
    • Process invoices, payments, and collections accurately.
    • Answer and operate the phone system and provide professional customer service.
    • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, word processing, and computer-related tasks.
    • Communicate professionally with customers, merchants, and team members.
    • Follow organizational policies and procedures.
    • Assist with other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Basic math and computer skills.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
    • Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience preferred.

    Have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another field? Your skills may be more transferable than you think!

    Schedule
    • Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
    • Approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 25 hours as needed.
