Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Assist with mealtime and feeding, as needed
Participate in quarterly in-service training and orientation programs
Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
High School diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for providing exceptional care and service to seniors
