Qualifications

• Software Architect- Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.
• Expert- 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 84 months of experience with coding client-server relational database applications using PowerBuilder.
• 84 months of experience with Oracle and PL/SQL. Experience should include creating tables, stored procedures, triggers, views, and other objects.
• 48 months experience with writing complex SQL queries and reports such as multiple JOINs, subqueries, conditional logic or windows functions; experience with data manipulation, data migration, and creation of ETL scripts.
• 48 Months as a lead developer on projects that included multiple developers working on the same project/component, or had more than four developers on the team

Day-to-Day tasks

• Participate in design review sessions with the program area. Review existing data sets and application. As needs arise, modify and support the applications until they can be replaced with a modern web-based version.
• Day to day tasks will include, but are not limited to implementing requirements by designing, coding, and testing new features. Documenting code-based business rules.
