What You'll Do: In this role, you will drive growth for Accounts in Force, P/C Premium and Life Production Credit by supporting high producing agents in developing and expanding high quality sales and service models. You will also:
- Facilitate Business Planning/Management coaching and conversations with high producing Agents and staff. Coordinate with District Managers to assist in establishing annual sales goals and action plans to meet goals.
- Partner with high producing agents to identify and implement efficiencies in agent operations to manage agency expenses.
- Help high producing agencies grow their revenue by increasing current production across current lines sold, maximizing contracts, and implementing systems to drive efficiencies within their operations.
- Drive expansion of product lines and sales of all product lines within high producing Agencies to maximize agency revenue and attain company objectives.
- Support in recruiting, onboarding, and training Sales Staff. Identify training and development opportunities and coordinate appropriate resources.
- Partner with high producing Agents to establish plans that will ensure the continuity of business including transitions and exit strategy.
