Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and communication.
  • Analyze client needs to recommend and sell suitable insurance products (auto, home, life, health, etc.).
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
  • Process insurance applications, policy changes, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
  • Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales targets and support overall agency success.

Requirements
  • Active Georgia Property & Casualty License (Preferred) must obtain within 30 days of hire - licensing assistance available.
  • Active Georgia Life & Health License (Preferred) must obtain within 30 days of hire - licensing assistance available.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related technology.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service.
