Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Standardize Program Management for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate has proven ability to drive program management process adherence, maintain project transparency, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes to support successful delivery.

Rate Range: $45/Hour to $55/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Standardize Program Management Job Responsibilities include:

  • Standardize and enforce program management practices, reporting standards, and governance processes across Data Platform Engineering teams.

  • Collaborate closely with program managers and product teams to support iteration planning, quarterly planning, and operational alignment.

  • Manage and maintain Jira data integrity, ensuring project commitments, milestones, risks, and dependencies are accurately tracked and reported.

  • Drive adherence to program management processes by ensuring project documentation, artifacts, and records are captured and maintained for auditability.

  • Monitor and manage scope changes, risks, issues, and blockers, proactively partnering with stakeholders to drive resolution and successful delivery.

  • Review and validate Epic quality, estimates, and backlog readiness while supporting continuous refinement to improve delivery predictability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Management within a technology environment.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including backlog management, sprint/iteration planning, reporting, risk tracking, and maintaining project data integrity.

  • Proven ability to drive program management processes, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure adherence to governance and reporting standards.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
