We are seeking a skilled and motivated Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Ontario, CA, 91761. Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach forklifts to move, locate, and stack products in the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while operating equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating stand-up reach forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to meet KPI (kep performance indicators)
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
