Your Schedule

Enjoy consistent daytime hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.

What Will You Work On?

• Manual TIG (GTAW) welding of stainless steel and aluminum components in a high‑quality medical device setting.
• Manual layout and surface prep to build accurate weldments.
• Blueprint and welding symbol interpretation, plus travelers and work instructions.
• Part positioning using fixtures, jigs, and other holding devices.
• Dimensional verification with gauges and precision measuring tools.
• Collaborative troubleshooting to resolve fabrication and fit‑up issues.
• Adherence to rigorous quality standards throughout every step.

What Do You Need to Bring?

Must‑Haves

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of welding experience (a completed certified welding program may satisfy this requirement).
• 2+ years in a metal fabrication or machining environment.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Formal vocational/technical welding training.
• Experience with flux‑core, MIG, and stick processes; carbon steel exposure.
• Capability to TIG weld stainless, mild steel, and aluminum using manual techniques.
• Fluency in reading standard welding symbols and complex blueprints.
• Competence with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement devices.
• Strong math, troubleshooting, and basic computer skills.
• Working knowledge of weld inspection and solid visual inspection ability.
