Position Overview
Smart Trade is seeking an experienced Staging & Inventory Coordinator to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations in Ogden, Utah. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in inventory control, warehouse operations, and material handling who thrives in a detail-oriented and team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
- Stage and prepare materials for production based on schedules
- Pull and kit parts according to pick lists and work orders
- Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages proactively
- Process inventory transactions within ERP or inventory systems
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Coordinate replenishment of materials to avoid production delays
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or material handling roles
- Experience with inventory control systems or ERP software preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and production schedules
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Forklift experience is a plus
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract work
