What You'll Do:
• Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Partner with clients to fill open positions quickly
• Manage onboarding and compliance
• Help support branch operations and team success
What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience
• Light Industrial, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Logistics recruiting experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
