    Position: Staffing Coordinator

    Location: Memphis, TN | Type: Full-Time, On-Site

    About the Role

    TKO StaffPros LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support our growing recruitment operations. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our clients and top talent, managing every step of the recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional experience for both sides. You'll own the full recruitment pipeline—from job posting to candidate onboarding—and your work will directly impact our ability to place great talent in the right positions.

    What You'll Do

    • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and candidate onboarding
    • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess fit
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
    • Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
    • Develop job descriptions and recruitment materials in collaboration with hiring managers
    • Identify and communicate staffing needs with internal teams
    • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint
    • Support the rollout of recruitment strategies and process improvements

    What We're Looking For

    • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
    • Collaborative team player with a client-service mindset
    • Knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices (preferred)
    • Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently
