Our Staffing Coordinators promote a stable workforce through their expert coordination of scheduling and staffing. You'll be the first point of contact for all of our visitors and assist residents and their family members with various questions. JOB SUMMARY:
As a Staffing Coordinator supporting the nursing department, you will prepare, adjust, and maintain schedules. You will be responsible for managing time records, time off requests, and provide reports/data, as needed, in accordance with parameters set by the Director of Nursing and state and federal guidelines.
