POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for coordination and documentation of staffing across Nursing Departments. Works to ensure that the appropriate numbers and skill mixes are assigned to each nursing unit to meet patient care needs by target staffing plans andspecialized needs as directed by Support Services Director, Nurse Managers and/or Nursing Supervisor. Works in a fast paced, high stress environment.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (including required licenses/certifications, education and job knowledge/experience):High school graduate or equivalentPrevious staffing experience and/or knowledge of healthcare environment requiredBeginning knowledge of PC's and Windows requiredCUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs duties and conducts interpersonal relationships in a manner designed to project a positive image of the department and the hospital.
