Staffing Coordinator

Maple Crest Health Center is hiring a Staffing Coordinator at a starting wage of $24.00/hr. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday day-shift position responsible for keeping our nursing department fully and appropriately staffed.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain the nursing departments master schedule, including holiday rotations

Fill open shifts by contacting staff directly, using a fair call rotation to limit overtime

Coordinate with staffing agencies to cover gaps and verify agency invoices for accuracy

Review applications and schedule interviews for CNA candidates

Track attendance, PTO requests, and timeclock corrections

Respond to on-call staffing needs after hours as coverage issues arise

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Preferred, not required:

Prior scheduling experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting

CNA certification

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and scheduling software

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting wage of $24.00/hr

Eligible for full company benefits

Schedule:

Full-time, day shift. This position includes weekend rotation, holiday coverage, and on-call responsibility for after-hours staffing needs.
