CNA preferred. Home health experience preferred.

What You'll Do as a Staffing Coordinator
- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with staffing requirements and state/federal regulations.
- Monitor attendance, manage call-offs, and arrange coverage as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing challenges proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, time-off requests, and staffing-related metrics.
What We're Looking For in a Staffing Coordinator
- Proven experience in staffing coordination within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in Florida
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities.
