About the Role

As a Staffing Associate, youll help scale our workforce by processing a high volume of candidate interviews efficiently and consistently.

This role is built for speed and output. Youll run many short interviews each day while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume 15-minute video interviews
• Maintain speed while preserving quality standards
• Evaluate candidates against defined criteria
• Log outcomes quickly and accurately
• Keep pipeline moving without bottlenecks

Requirements

• Comfort working in high-throughput environments
• Strong focus and consistency over long sessions
• Clear communicator on video calls
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• 30+ hours/week availability
