Description

Our client, a leading enterprise cloud software company, is looking to hire a Staff UX Designer for a 100% remote opportunity.

Pay Rate Range: $82/hr to $92.86/hour W2, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end UX and interaction design for core Go-To-Market (GTM) product experiences.

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

  • Simplify complex workflows and operational processes through strong UX and interaction design.

  • Apply systems thinking across multiple workflows, product areas, and organizational boundaries.

  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Business, and other stakeholders to define solutions and resolve ambiguity.

  • Influence experience strategy by framing problems, identifying opportunities, and recommending design direction.

  • Clearly communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Contribute to scalable design patterns, systems, documentation, and processes that improve design quality.

  • Iterate on designs using feedback, research, and usability insights while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Advanced experience in UX/Product Design with a strong focus on interaction design.

  • Proven experience solving complex and ambiguous product or workflow problems.

  • Strong systems-thinking skills and ability to design across interconnected workflows and products.

  • Strong Figma proficiency and experience working with enterprise design systems.

  • Experience designing enterprise, B2B SaaS, or other complex business applications.

  • Strong understanding of user flows, prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity product design.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead significant cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Product and Engineering partners.

  • Experience balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

  • Knowledge of sales processes, seller workflows, CRM, or GTM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
