Job Summary:
This role focuses on designing user-centric digital experiences for the Go-To-Market organization, specifically for core product areas like landing pages. You will lead the entire design process for these key areas, influencing their strategic direction and ensuring scalability. The position requires strong interaction design skills and the ability to solve complex operational challenges through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end design for critical Go-To-Market digital products.
- Develop intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Simplify complex workflows by applying UX and interaction design principles.
- Influence experience strategy by identifying user and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to shape solutions.
Must-Have Skills:- Experience delivering high-quality designs in ambiguous environments.
- Extensive proficiency with Figma.
- Ability to advocate for design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience designing for enterprise-level sales and Go-To-Market platforms.
