**Hourly Pay Range:** $34.15–$47.93
**Annual Salary Range:** $75,000–$99,000
**Sign-On Bonus:** Up to $25,000 for qualified hires
✈️ **Relocation Assistance:** Up to $10,000 for qualified hires
✅ **Requirements**
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and qualified to take the NCLEX.
- Active, unrestricted RN license. Agency staff must have an active Alaska RN license; direct hires must apply for Alaska licensure before the start date.
- Minimum *3* years of general nursing experience**.
- At least **1 year of ambulatory or urgent care clinic experience**.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- BLS certification preferred.
- Ability to obtain required clinical competency validation within three months of hire and complete recurring competency requirements.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
