What Youll Do
- Conduct intake and assessment of new clients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Develop, modify, and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Collaborate with team members in case planning and progress evaluation
- Participate in specialty groups such as family therapy, family education, or trauma-informed care (as interested)
- Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and state/federal regulations
- Attend staffing, discipline, and medical team meetings
- Support a trauma-informed, safe environment conducive to healing and growth
What You Need
Required:- Masters degree in a related mental health field
- LMHC or LISW licensure in Iowa (or LMSW/Temp LMHC with supervisory eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in mental health settings preferred
Preferred:- Experience in individual, family, and group therapy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
