Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $42/hr for local candidates within 50 miles of Davenport; $55/hr for travel candidates outside of 50 miles
- Salary Range: $58,000$72,500 annually (based on full-time equivalents)

What Youll Do
- Conduct intake, assessment, and evaluation of clients as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Develop, modify, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups
- Collaborate with team members during staffing and planning meetings
- Participate in specialized areas of interest such as family therapy, education, or support groups
- Uphold all organizational policies including compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards
- Promote a trauma-informed, safe, and supportive environment for clients
What You Need
Required:- Masters degree in a related mental health field
- Iowa LMHC or LISW licensure
- Prior mental health experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and public relations skills
Preferred:- Experience in individual and group therapy settings
- Additional specialized training in areas like family therapy or trauma care
