Job Summary
MPS is looking for an exceptional Reliability Engineer to join our Quality and Reliability team. This position may be filled at different levels, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
This is a key role to ensure our new power module devices for AI Datacenter applications meet the high bar for reliability and quality. You will collaborate closely with internal and external engineering teams for joint-qualification design, Design for Reliability (DFR), Reliability Tests Planning etc. with effective data collection and analysis for reliability validation. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the development of our innovative products with profound responsibilities and impacts.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The target hiring range for this position is $135,000 – $180,000 annually.
