Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant (Public Accounting) for a hybrid role in Pembroke or Natick, MA. Kforce is partnering with a growing, multi-location public accounting firm seeking to add a Staff or Senior Accountant due to continued expansion.

Key Tasks:
- Support and coordinate engagement planning (staffing, scheduling, workflow)
- Monitor engagements to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Execute and lead complex areas of audit and accounting work
- Review workpapers for accuracy and compliance with firm standards
- Review financial statements, reports, and tax returns
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior staff on engagements
