Staff Software Engineer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, operations, and infrastructure, to translate requirements into technical plans and deliver application features. Drive technical projects from planning through launch by defining milestones, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and communicating progress. Take a hands-on role in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and deploying software. Build and maintain user interfaces and backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks. Make practical design decisions that balance delivery timelines, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Investigate and resolve technical issues, including production bugs and performance bottlenecks. Improve code quality through code reviews, automated testing, refactoring, and targeted technical debt reduction. Own key components and features end to end, including implementation, integration, release, and ongoing operation.
