Job Summary:
This role seeks a seasoned Service Designer to lead the strategic vision for workforce management initiatives, aiming to elevate them into a premier Administrative Services Organization. You will tackle complex, end-to-end service experiences, bringing clarity to ambiguity and influencing company-wide roadmaps. The objective is to deliver a more integrated, valuable, and efficient experience for both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategic direction for complex service experiences.
• Lead planning and execution of comprehensive service design projects.
• Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and visualize coherent service strategies.
• Facilitate workshops to drive innovation and problem-solving.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority.
• Mastery of service design and systems thinking methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience prompting and using AI tools.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience within a complex, matrixed organization, ideally with a focus on Human Capital Management products or administrative services.
