✅ **Requirements**
- Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Active, unrestricted Alaska RN license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Min 3 years of Rn Med/Surg exp - Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient-centered care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
- Educate patients and families.
- Coordinate care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
