Are you seeking a nursing role that goes beyond the traditional Progressive Care Unit experience? Our specialized Progressive Care Transplant & Advanced Heart Failure Unit provides highly complex care for liver transplant, kidney transplant, and Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) patients throughout their recovery and long-term management journey.
As a Registered Nurse on this unique unit, you will care for a diverse population of medically complex patients requiring advanced clinical expertise, critical thinking, and multidisciplinary collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside transplant surgeons, transplant coordinators, advanced practice providers, cardiologists, and critical care teams to deliver exceptional, life-changing care.
Our nurses develop specialized knowledge in transplant medicine, immunosuppressive therapies, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical circulatory support, and complex patient education while caring for patients recovering from some of the most sophisticated procedures in modern medicine.
