What you’ll do:

 · Lead day-to-day OR operations across six operating rooms 

· Develop and mentor clinical staff 

· Drive quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives 

· Partner with surgeons and executive leadership to optimize efficiency and outcomes 

· Support growth and strategic service-line development 

· Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational performance 

What you should have for this role: 

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operating room setting, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center
• Active RN license as required by state of employment or appropriate compact licensure
• Valid BCLS Certification upon employment ***online certification not acceptable
• ACLS as required by facility
• CNOR certification preferred

Tallahassee Outpatient Surgery Center is located in Tallahassee, Florida and opened for business in 1992. We serve the residents of Leon County and surrounding areas. The center is located near beautiful beaches and great shrimping areas. Our AAAHC accredited center performs over 400 procedures a month. Services in orthopedic, spine, podiatry, and pain management are offered.
