Requirements:
- Current WV RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Preferred:
- BSN
- Specialty certification
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based patient care and manage individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and delegate appropriately
- Support patient safety, quality improvement, and professional development
