Palm Beach Health Network - Tenet is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Manager, Cardiac Cath Lab for a nursing job in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Full Time, Days
Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
This position requires knowledge of all aspects of patient care services work. The position is required to Assist / Support the Director by: Supervising, planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities. The Nurse Manager is responsible for efficient day-to-day operations of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
BS in nursing or health related preferred
Required Length and Type of Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive management experience in acute health care setting
Knowledge of Florida Nurse Practice Act, Joint Commission and AACVPR/CMS requirements
Knowledge of infection control practices
Knowledge of quality improvement practices
Required Licensure, Certification or Registry
Current BLS, ACLS, certification approved by the American Heart Association
FL RN License
