Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field
9+ years of experience working in aerospace certification, testing, or quality assurance roles
Experience working in an AS9100 quality environment
Strong familiarity with FAA Part 25 and EASA CS Part 25 regulations related to airborne equipment
In-depth knowledge of RTCA standards and airframe qualification requirements
Knowledge of electrical testing procedures, EMI testing, vibration, pressure, and temperature chambers
Experience with aerospace certification processes such as FAA/OEM data packages, FRACA/RCCA corrective actions
Familiarity with MIL-STD and RTCA standards, aerospace environmental testing, and aerospace industry safety protocols
Responsibilities
Develop and execute certification and qualification test plans in accordance with FAA, EASA, and industry standards
Perform EMI, environmental, vibration, shock, and structural testing on aerospace components and systems
Collaborate closely with OEMs, certification authorities, and internal teams to ensure compliance with certification requirements
Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and certification data packages
Support the resolution of certification issues through corrective actions and technical assessments
