Pay Range: $35 - $41/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Interface with project teams, client representatives, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project execution.
- Monitor and analyze project deliverables and milestones using internal software.
- Plan and facilitate on-site and off-site meetings.
- Verify accuracy and compliance of bills, invoices, and expense reports.
- Perform data entry for project change orders and oversee accounts payable processes.
- Manage project scheduling information and expedite responses for subcontractors.
- Evaluate safety forms and implement a file management system for compliance.
- Create new projects using construction management software and provide daily reports.
- Coordinate training programs for project personnel to ensure compliance.
- Update SOPs and mentor new team members on best practices.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, or a related field with 4+ years of related experience, or
- Associate Degree with 6+ years of related experience, or
- High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of related experience.
- Experience with one or more cost management systems (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and/or Bluebeam, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint, customer relationship management software, and Microsoft Teams (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with varying timelines.
