This role supports project management teams with scheduling cost control forecasting and reporting while serving as a key point of contact for technical and financial project matters.Key Responsibilities Set up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software and maintain accurate data logs and reports. Develop Work Breakdown Structures WBS schedules cost reports cash flows and forecasts. Support engineering procurement and construction planning scheduling logistics and cost control. Approve purchase orderssubcontracts for proper coding and document cost changes. Interface with project management and accounting teams to review costs contingencies and audits. Manage change orders prime contracts purchase orders subcontracts. Prepare and present cash flow reports and schedule progress updates. Apply critical path scheduling techniques resource loading and earned value management. Conduct schedule what if" scenarios progress measurement and develop progress curves. Perform material takeoffs quality checks and field audits to validate reporting accuracy. Assist with project forensic analysis and other duties as assigned.The Ideal Candidate Will Have Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of direct project controls experience. Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office strong written verbal and interpersonal skills.
