What you'll do...
As a Staff Product Manager, you will own a benefit domain and help shape how benefits work together to create a compelling and differentiated membership experience. You will drive strategy across first-party (1P) and/or third-party (3P) benefits, identify opportunities to increase member value, and partner across product, engineering, design, analytics, business development, and operations teams to build scalable experiences and capabilities that strengthen the Walmart+ ecosystem. Your work will influence not only individual benefit performance, but also how members perceive, engage with, and derive value from Walmart+ as a whole.

Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam''s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
