    Ford's Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team is charged with delivering the company's vision of a fully electric transportation future.     What you'll do...

    • Design, bring-up, characterize and troubleshoot traction inverters.
    • Design and industrialize high voltage PCBA and inverter assemblies including DFT, DFM, etc.
    • Perform worst case analysis, functional safety analysis, thermal analysis, and control analysis, etc.
    • Perform failure analysis of PCBA and inverter assemblies.
    • Support design validation and end-of-line tests specifications.
    • Collaborate with mechanical design, software, system, project management, supply chain functions throughout the organization.

    What you'll do...

    • Design, bring-up, characterize and troubleshoot traction inverters.
