Job Title: Pharmacist Home Infusion
Pay: $125,000-$145,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5 pm) Weekends as needed

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
Evaluating and monitoring drug therapy for home care patients in collaboration with healthcare professionals
Providing safe and effective pharmacy services in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Reviewing patient information and supporting the development of individualized pharmacy care plans
Counseling patients and caregivers on medication use and therapies to ensure safety and adherence
Supervising and supporting pharmacy technicians and staff to maintain high service quality
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring delivery of quality patient care
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy or Masters preferred)
Current Pharmacist license in Florida
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to problem solve, multitask, and work effectively within a healthcare team
Flexibility with scheduling and dependable attendance
Home infusion, clinical, or retail pharmacy experience considered a plus
