Recent pharmacy graduates and experienced retail pharmacists looking for a change are encouraged to apply. No previous closed-door pharmacy experience is required.

Schedule

• Full-time, salaried position
• Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Onsite in Chesterfield, MO

Responsibilities

• Oversee prescription processing and daily pharmacy workflow
• Review prescription data and technician work for accuracy
• Provide guidance and oversight to pharmacy technicians
• Assist with prescription processing and transfers
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards, and patient confidentiality requirements
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and team members to maintain efficient operations

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Pharmacist license in good standing required
• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
• 0–3 years of experience preferred
• Recent graduates and newly licensed pharmacists encouraged to apply
• Retail pharmacy experience welcome
• Closed-door, mail-order, specialty, or fulfillment pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
