✅ **Requirements**
- Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted Alaska RN license for agency staff; direct hires must have applied for Alaska licensure at the time of hire.
- Minimum *3* year of L&D RN Experience**.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification.
- NRP certification.
- Clinical Competency Assessment and High Risk Competency validation as required by SEARHC.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
