Technical Leadership
- Define and evolve cloud platform architecture, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend investments that improve business and customer outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for engineering leadership and product stakeholders.
Cloud Platform & Architecture
- Design, implement, and optimize distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and data platforms.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with security, reliability, performance, and cost objectives.
- Drive adoption of cloud infrastructure automation, observability and resiliency.
- Maintain standards for CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, deployment automation, and platform governance.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with mobile, embedded, QA, UX, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
- Facilitate alignment between teams and help resolve complex technical and organizational challenges.
- Lead technical planning for large cross-functional initiatives.
- Build consensus around architectural direction while balancing short-term delivery and long-term maintainability.
Mentorship & Talent Development
- Mentor engineers at all levels and help develop future technical leaders.
- Provide guidance on architecture, system design, debugging, and engineering practices.
- Create opportunities for knowledge sharing and technical skill development.
- Foster a culture of technical curiosity, continuous improvement, and accountability.
