Patterns Hiring - Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Stepdown for a nursing job in Thornton, Colorado.
Job Title: Registered Nurse – High Observation Unit (HOU)
Location: Thornton, CO
Shifts: Nights
Schedule: Full-Time | 3 × 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
Patient Ratio: 4:1
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Active RN license
Acute Care experience strongly preferred
LTACH / Critical Care / ICU experience preferred
Step-down ICU experience preferred
Strong Med-Surg experience will also be considered
Ventilator & tracheostomy management
Respiratory patient monitoring and management
Critical drips and complex therapies
Complex wound care
IV medication administration
Care of medically complex patients
Night Shift Differential:
Monday–Thursday: +$5.00/hour
Friday–Sunday: +$8.00/hour
Ideal Candidate: RN with Acute Care, LTACH, ICU, critical care, step-down, or strong Med-Surg experience, especially those comfortable managing ventilators, tracheostomies, respiratory patients, critical drips, complex wounds, and medically complex cases.
