What You'll Do

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting operational decision-making and financial planning across the hospital by:

• Developing and managing hospital and departmental budgets
• Creating hospital and department financial forecasts, variance analyses and operational performance models
• Analyzing operational, organizational, and staffing trends to support leadership decisions
• Supporting departmental leadership with productivity reviews and hours/UOS performance management
• Building tracking tools and dashboards to monitor financial and operational performance
• Preparing and presenting tailored financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership
• Supporting strategic business planning projects and healthcare initiatives
• Providing project management oversight for special assignments and system-wide initiatives
• Partnering across medical, operational, and financial departments to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency

What You Bring

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in healthcare financial analysis, consulting, or related technical/business environment

• Advanced skills in financial modeling, spreadsheets, and presentation tools

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across departments
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive financial information

• Respectful, service-oriented approach when interacting with patients, staff, and leadership
