Job Summary:
As a Staff Field Application Engineer (FAE), you will spearhead the delivery of our Enterprise Robotics Integration Program model for Boston Dynamics most high-value, strategic accounts. In this pivotal role, you merge deep technical expertise with a business-centric Go-To-Market strategy to design, integrate, and scale robotic solutions across global multi-site enterprises. You are the vital link between high-level governance and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that our robots deliver measurable operational impact.
You will work in synergy with Sales, Customer Success, Global Support & Services, and Product R&D teams, ensuring that the cohesive technical program drives measurable operational impact and accelerated, long-term enterprise adoption. Your expertise is critical in championing long-term product evolution by proactively gathering, systematizing, and conveying field-proven requirements, insights, and customer feedback to internal development teams. You will lead technical projects that enhance program efficiency, standardize playbooks, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to industry standards, developing program-level SOWs and customer enablement through training and operational support.

The pay range for this position is between $116,479.18 to $160,158.87 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including, but not limited to internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience. This range represents a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
