    What You Will Do

    • Design and implement robust data pipelines using technologies such as Kafka, Spark, and Airflow to support real-time data processing.
    • Develop and optimize machine learning models that drive actionable insights for B2B marketers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into existing systems, enhancing overall product functionality.
    • Utilize Kubernetes and CI/CD practices to streamline deployment processes and ensure high availability of services.
    • Write efficient, maintainable code in Python and NodeJS, contributing to both backend and frontend development efforts.
    • Analyze large datasets using SQL and tools like dbt and Clickhouse to derive meaningful metrics and drive decision-making.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 6–12 years of experience in data engineering or machine learning engineering roles.
    • Proficiency in Python, with strong experience in frameworks and libraries relevant to data processing.
    • Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow and stream processing technologies like Kafka.
    • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, particularly Kubernetes, and experience in CI/CD methodologies.
    • Solid understanding of database management and querying languages, particularly SQL.

    Preferred

    • Experience with modern data warehousing solutions and tools like Flink and Motherduck.
    • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React to contribute to full-stack development efforts.
    • Previous involvement in B2B marketing or data-driven enterprise solutions.

    Compensation and Benefits
