Job Overview:
The Staff Electrical Operator will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical systems and operations to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to address and resolve operational issues.
• Document and report system performance and maintenance activities.

• Proven experience in electrical operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.

Pay Range: $200,000-$250,000

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
