Position Overview
A respected nonprofit home health organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical nursing operations.
Reporting directly to the VP of Clinical Services, this position oversees 4 Patient Care Managers and provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of home health nursing operations
Directly manage, mentor, and develop 4 Patient Care Managers
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered home health services
Oversee clinical compliance, quality, and performance improvement
Support staffing, productivity, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with executive leadership on clinical initiatives
Promote staff engagement, accountability, and professional development
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Home Health experience
Nursing leadership or management experience
Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical operations
Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to drive quality outcomes and operational performance
